Cookie Policy

GuestStory does not currently use analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device identifiers. They can support essential functionality, remember preferences, measure use or enable advertising.

2. Our current use of cookies

The GuestStory application does not currently set analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, and it does not use browser local storage for tracking. We have therefore not placed a cookie-consent banner on the website.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may use short-lived, strictly necessary technologies to deliver the website, balance traffic, prevent abuse or maintain security. These technologies are not used by us for analytics or advertising and, where the strictly necessary exemption applies, do not require consent.

3. The demo form

When you submit the demo form, the details you enter are sent to FormSubmit so they can be delivered to our business email accounts. This is a form-delivery request, not behavioural advertising or analytics. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

4. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect whether a website works correctly.

5. Future changes

If we introduce analytics, advertising or another non-essential technology, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent choice before that technology is used where consent is required.
